CENTRO STORICO - In the middle of the old town of Santa
Maria di Castellabate you will find an apartment residence in an
old building.
The apartments are modern and well kept and have a view towards
the nearby beach and the sea that is enviable. On clear nights you
can admire the sunset behind the island of Capri… The building
has a common roof terrace above the top floor, where you will find
the common washing machine. 4 apartments have 2 bedrooms, living
room with kitchenette and two single sofa beds (4-6-persons), bathroom
with shower. 2 apartments have only one bedroom (2-3/4 persons).
The apartments on the 2nd floor have a balcony, the apartments on
the 1st floor have a large window.
On the ground floor you will find a bar with very good home made
ice cream, cappuccino, lemon liqueur etc…
Next to the bar you will find a wine bar restaurant with excellent
wines and tasteful food. These apartments are for people that like
to live in the middle of the centre and are willing to tolerate
some noise. (It could be difficult to find a parking space, you
might have to pay a weekly charge in a parking lot). |
